Established in 2025, at Cecilia Comfort Care, we strive to meet the ever-changing needs of adults within the diverse demographic of Edinburgh, wider Lothian area and its surroundings.
Within our business, we’ve specifically recruited a network of incredibly talented and highly trained carers to empower individuals to live independently and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

History time
Meet the Founder
Ego Olori, CEO and Director of Cecilia Comfort Care, has worked in the health sector for over 20 years. Starting out as a Care Support Worker, she worked her way up to becoming a registered Adult Nurse, whilst also obtaining a Master’s degree in Public Health Practice and a Postgraduate Diploma in Specialist Community Public Health. Currently, alongside working at Cecilia Comfort Care, she’s a qualified Health Visitor and has worked across both acute and community care settings.
As an experienced community practitioner, who’s used to supporting those in need, having previously cared for her aged mother and being a mother of 4, Ego understands the commitment, empathy and dedication required to care for those in need.
Ego believes that older clients should be respected, supported and cared for with dignity in the comfort of their own homes, and her efforts recently resulted in her being nominated for the Lynn Jackson Nurse of the Year in the NHS Lothian Celebrating Success Awards in 2023.
